The roots of Dust date back to 1999 . The brain child of Dave Dunn and friends played their hometown of Reykjavik, Iceland. In late 2001 Dust started work on their debut album and then in 2003 famous rock producer Dale Penner mastered the final version.

Later that year Dust was invited to place the South by Southwest Music Festival in Austin, Texas. Success proved to be too much for Dave’s band mates and the group imploded.

2008 brings a new Dust. Helmed by Dave Dunn and a new band of talented young musicians look for a new record of new songs mixed with a few from the past.
